1. USER INFORMATION
Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
MINGOTHINGS, S.L.U. is the Data Controller for the personal data of individuals who create a profile on any of its social networks. Data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), and the Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Law (LSSI).

Why do we process your personal data?
Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and MINGOTHINGS, S.L.U. (hereinafter, the CONTROLLER), which may include:

Interacting through official social media profiles
When the CONTROLLER collects personal data via its social networks, USERS will be informed about the purpose of collection and their rights regarding their data. Data will be used solely for the stated purposes and will be stored securely.

Legal Basis for Processing
The legal basis is the explicit consent given by the USER for one or more specific purposes (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
Users may also access the privacy policies of each social network at any time and configure their own profile privacy settings accordingly.

How long will we retain your data?
Data retention criteria: Personal data will be kept as long as the USER does not revoke their consent, as stated in this privacy policy.

Who do we share your personal data with?
Information shared by the USER on the CONTROLLER’s social media profiles, including personal data, may be publicly visible depending on the services used and settings selected by the user. From their profile, users can manage what information is public, review granted permissions, remove them, or deactivate third-party applications.
However, no personal data will be shared with third parties outside the social network, unless necessary to fulfill the stated purposes, in which case data may be shared with service providers under confidentiality and data processing agreements in compliance with current data protection regulations.

You have the following rights, limited to data under the CONTROLLER’s control:

2. USE OF USER PROFILE
The CONTROLLER may carry out the following actions:

Access public profile information

Publish content already shared on the CONTROLLER’s social media account to the USER’s profile

Send individual private messages via social media messaging systems

Post updates on the USER’s profile
The USER always has control over their connections, can delete content they no longer wish to share, and configure privacy settings within the platform to manage who can view their activity.

3. PUBLICATIONS
The purpose of social networks is to provide visibility and dissemination of the activities carried out by the CONTROLLER. These platforms store personal data on their own servers and operate under their own privacy policies.
Once the USER follows or joins the CONTROLLER’s social media profiles, they may post comments, links, images, photographs, or other multimedia content. The USER must be the owner of the posted content, have the rights to publish it, or have the consent of any third parties involved.
Any content (texts, graphics, photos, videos, etc.) that is offensive, immoral, inappropriate, or infringes intellectual property rights, image rights, or the law is strictly prohibited. Offensive, defamatory, or illegal content will not be tolerated and may be removed.
The CONTROLLER reserves the right to immediately remove any such content and block the offending USER without prior notice.
The CONTROLLER is not responsible for any content freely published by users. USERS should be aware that their posts may be visible to others, and they are solely responsible for their privacy.
Images posted on social networks will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER but will remain on the platform itself.

4. DATA OF MINORS AND INDIVIDUALS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
We recommend reviewing the terms of use and privacy policy of each social network upon registration, noting the minimum age requirements set by each platform.
The CONTROLLER is explicitly exempt from any liability arising from the use of social networks by minors or individuals with special needs. Their access should always be supervised by legal guardians.
The CONTROLLER reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any updates will be communicated via our social media profiles and/or website.
